TOS 57 "Hawkeye, the Marksman!"

Iron Man saves a worker from molten steel as a vat is tipped over. Happy asks Iron Man to put in a good word for him to have Pepper go on a date with Happy. Tony talks to Pepper about a date, and she immediately thinks its Tony asking her out, and Happy walks in on it, crushed. Tony takes Pepper to the circus and sees Hawkeye's act of bow shooting when a ride gets out of control threatening the riders. Tony goes to call the factory, and Iron Man appears and saves the people on the ride. Hawkeye is jealous of Iron Man's attention and goes home and makes a costume. Hawkeye uses his arrows to approximate different abilities. He stops a jewelry thief but the police thinks he's involved. Hawkeye runs until the Black Widow helps him escape. The Black Widow takes him to her lab where she dupes Hawkeye into striking at Iron Man. Hawkeye sneaks into the factory and attacks Iron Man with his specially created arrows (from the Black Widow). His armor begins to rust. Tony finds other pieces of armor hidden around the factory. Iron Man goes after a car hitting it with his invention - the power ray which destroys most of the car. Hawkeye attacks with one last arrow, but it ricocheted off of Iron Man and glances the Black Widow leaving her severely hurt. Hawkeye drops everything to get her to safety and escapes.
