Dreadknight attacks Iron Man and the Frankenstein Monster defeating them both. Iron Man is out of power and shackled to a machine. Meanwhile Jasper Sitwell follows Harry Key and Iron Man's Personal Assistant. They try and elude him, but he has a flying car! Back at the castle, the Dreadknight's story is told. He was a slave of Dr. Doom, but he was also an incredible engineer. He tries to challenge Doom, but Doom permanently affixes a mask to his face and send him away. The dwarves and the daughter of Frankenstein find him and heal him only to have him create a lance and armor and take over. He tries to hurt the daughter of Frankenstein, but the Monster intercedes which causes the lance to break the machine holding Iron Man. He has been recharged to break out and defeat the Dreadknight.
