Tony and Rhodey are in Hong Kong on business -- but some nasty one-ringed character fouls up the beginning of the trip! Hey, c'mon now -- Hong Kong...rings?? 'Ya just know who the bad guy's gotta be! Yep -- it's the Mandarin! He now has a gang of lackeys who each wear a single ring of one of his hands, hence their moniker, "The Hand!" Mandy has his thugs kidnap Rhodey and Mrs. Arbogast, while The Hand takes on IM!
