IRON MAN #93

We see Iron Man flying in space next to the Stark Satellite One and a U.S.A. capsule that is performing a EVA to it. Iron Man is testing a space rescue device to enter orbit. This was the device that was claimed stolen by Stark. He is doing great, then suddenly explodes. They think Iron Man dead, but he crashes into the ocean and is picked up by a tanker bound for London. The next day, Iron Man is confirmed alive. But, no one can find Tony Stark to let him know. Tony is repairing his suit, and the Captain sees Tony in the armor. Then, they get attacked by a old pirate ship with modern energy weapons. Iron Man is hit and can barely move. Captain Kraken comes aboard. They fight, Iron Man gets in a few good hits but is knocked over. The crew is captured and taken to the pirate ship which converts to a modern sub and goes into an under sea cavern, Kraken's hideout. Iron Man goes there and is captured along with a Abe and his female personal assistant.
