Doom is Emperor and Tony Stark was made Baron and has designed and created Technopolis, a city filled with armored people. It was done to help the people recover from an illness that struck all of people's motor functions. Now, no one can move except for the armor that they can wear. Arno Stark competes with him stealing technologies and putting them on the market creating sort of an Armor War.

James Rhodes was elected to be this domain's Grand Marshal, the armored Thor! Spyder-Man and Radar Devil are helping just outside the law. But Wilson Fisk and Arno Stark are assessing/testing and fighting the law with the Titanium Man.

Issue 1 - The Multiverse was destroyed and one world was saved by Dr. Doom - called Battleworld, a patchwork planet composed of worlds that don't exist anymore. One domain is called Technopolis consisting of Stark Tower, Arno-Ware Tower, Hall of Order and Law, DailyBugle.com, Fisk Industries, and Mobairu Yosai Mechaniks.

Tony is Baron for Doom but he has promised his late father, Howard that things will work in competition and under the Law. This is why Tony allows Arno and Fisk competition as long as they stay in the law. And, let's the Marshal take care of things outside the law.

Spyder-Man was escaping Fisk and his Guardsmen with a secret when he runs into trouble and now is apparently killed.

Issue 2 - The Hall of Order and Law is performing an autopsy. Spyder-Man died trying to tell a secret. Rhodey Thor is there watching because he knew him. Rhodey tells Mobairu Yosai Mechanics because she is his his niece and her friend dated Peter Urich, Spyder-Man. Then, Stingray is sent in to spy on the business and attacks. Kiri takes control of a large armor and stops him.

Issue 3 - Baron Stark attacks Arno Ware Tower which fights back and sends tons of Machine Men. Rhodey Thor visits Kiri and wants more information about Stingray. Peter apparently died because he knew too much.

Iron Man and Arno fight and blast each other out of the sky. They lay on the ground laughing and need to talk. Kiri is working on her giant robot, Mobairu Yosai (Moving Fortress). Rhodey Thor goes to get Fisk and they both come with lots of Iron Man armors.

Issue 4 - Sent to Lila, the niece of Rhodey, a message of warning. Fisk and Rhodey go at it and when Fisk thinks he has the upper hand, Thor wins and brings the lighting down on Fisk. Fisk says he didn't kill Spyder-Man. Rhodey leaves. Tony and Arno meet to come to an understanding. Tony confronts Rhodey. It was Tony who killed Peter. Rhodey threaten to arrest him but Tony controls the armor. Arno and Tony work together. Tony's father Howard had a secret and all who have found it has died at the hands of Tony Stark. Rhodey sent the message to Kiri who is coming for the Starks with the Moving Fortresses.

Issue 5 - Baron Stark has killed Jim Rhodes, Spyder-Man, his uncle Ben, and Kiri's parents. The Moving Fortresses, giant robots are taking on Baron Tony Stark and Arno Stark in their armors. Many Machine Men are being sent and on their way to help fight for Iron Man. Howard Stark invented the virus that made people sick and need his armor. When anyone found out Tony ended them in order to preserve his father's name. Kira and Lila created their own virus and infected Tony Stark's armor and is slowly weakening him. He is taken away by the Thor Corps to Emperor Doom and the city has a new Baroness, Kiri Oshiro and her new Thor, Lila Rhodes who keeps the peace.
